"this was a great place to stay. Property management company was very responsive. Everything was there. There was no towel service which was fine but other people from my class who stayed right next store on both sides had towel service, but they must have had a different type of service. This place was clean and had everything you needed. It was very peaceful there. Great location. Resort/golf course was right within walking distance."

"I had an exceptional stay at the condo on Portage Lake. The condo was clean as a whistle and had everything I needed and more. The furnishings and appliances are updated and like brand new. The view of the lake was incredible. The amenities of the resort were also outstanding..... the pool is great and relaxing in the lounge chairs by the pool overlooking the lake was awesome. "We have stayed in this unit twice now for our annual New Year’s trip. It’s an easy drive to Caberfae Peaks for skiing and snowboarding. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of four. This year our daughter forgot some things that she had set aside for the the ride home. We were contacted immediately. The person cleaning the unit was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She dropped the items off at our friend’s house so we didn’t have to turn around. Communication with the owner is easy...

"We stayed a couple of nights over Easter and it was a nice, relaxing getaway. It wasn’t busy even though it was spring break. The indoor pool was great. Plenty of room in the condo for all four of us. Had all the essentials in the kitchen to cook an Easter dinner. Did an egg hunt in front of the condo for the kids. Condo was truly a home away from home!"

"The property was just as described online. The chalet was just a short walk across the street to Kinlochen and the Buck lift. It was clean and the heat worked great for us. The only suggestions I would make for the management company is to get updated pans to cook with that don't stick, and a new keypad for the main entry door. Having to punch in 10 numbers just to get inside was a bit much. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!!"

"Great stay for our Michigan adventure - We ventured up to Leland (Fishtown), Frankfort, Arcadia and down to Ludington & Muskegon. We went to Traverse City for a day trip. We also hit Grand Haven, Holland and Saugatuk. Home base in Manistee was perfect. We enjoyed the downtown and the beautiful beach & sunsets. We will be back! Thank YOU!"

"Booked this the week prior and was pleasantly surprised with my entire stay. Booking process easy, check in was seamless, and the host was very responsive to our communication. The condo itself was very tidy and well kept, though slightly outdated but we weren’t looking for anything fancy as we personally weren’t staying inside for much of our trip so that was far from a deal breaker. Great value for the the price. Would recommend."

"We had a very nice stay. Finally, the bad reviews were taken seriously. The drapes and window blinds were changed out....huge difference. They got rid of alot of clutter stuff. The bed spreads were changed out, huge difference. The unit seemed cleaner from last time we were there. Harbor Village is a great location for everything Manistee and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay there again....in thus unit. Once last comment....ALL the faucets, especially the main shower head need to be...

"We were very happy with this property. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 1-2 people. It is actually bigger than what might be initially perceived when you consider the foyer as a place to store things (eg luggage), the balcony with a grill and the community propery sitting areas. And despite it being a small place it is nicely decorated. If you don't require gathering space within the unit it is perfect for sleeping, preparing simple meals and as a home base for the area...
