"The size and location of the house was ideal for my son and family who were visiting to farewell their Dad/ Pop"

"There was a gross odor (of rotting wood/drywall/sewer/mold/BBQ grease) that hit me every time I entered the bedroom. I could not place exactly what it was and it did not ease during my whole stay. Air freshener spray or keeping the windows open did not alleviate it. I believe there must be a sewer drain pipe vent within the wall or something. I was wary of sleeping in there. Margaret said she had recently washed all the bedroom walls down and resealed the floors so I think she was aware of it. She let me smell the compound she sealed the floor with and it wasn't that. It was very odd. Otherwise I loved the place the location, quietness, cleanliness, view out the back, and general set-up. The furniture (except the bed) was a little tired though."

"We were disappointed with some of the facilities. We had issues with the following;Light bulbs in main service areas not going,We couldn’t use the bbq as there was no gas.We couldn’t use the oven as you had to enter the time and the button for doing that was not working properly.There was no plug for the kitchen sink and there was no dish washing brush."
