"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."

"We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay here. The onsen was spacious and we hardly shared it with anyone. Dinner and breakfast were very high quality. The futons were super comfy too. "

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Allowed me to leave bags before check in. Attention to detail like wiping my suitcase wheels before taking onto tatami was amazing. Welcome tea and room/meal plans were so cute and loved the lady who served tea. Convenient shop and vending machine. Front desk was super helpful, including the young gentlemen who helped me double check my yukata was on correctly! Speaking of which also love the coat that came with the yukata. "짧지만 너무나 만족했던 시간이었습니다. 모든 스태프들이 매우 친절하였고 모든 면에서 대단히 만족스러운 서비스를 제공받았습니다. 조식과 카이세키 정식도 정말 맛있습니다. 식당의 분위기도 아주 좋았고 바다가 보이는 방도 정말 멋있었습니다. 모던하고 엄청나게 화려한 숙소는 아니지만 전통적이고 조용하고 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 곳이어서 부모님께서도 만족하셨습니다. 하코다테에 또 방문한다면 주저 없이 여기를 선택할 것입니다! "
