"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"We really liked the layout. There was a Jack and Jill bathroom between the living room (with queen pullout couch) and bedroom so we had a door to shut on each side for privacy. I liked the balconies. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very friendly. We loved the free bike rentals and nearby hiking trails. "5 Stars all the way!!!! From the moment we checked in, which the staff was so friendly, to going into the safe parking garage, you know right off this is going to be amazing! When we went to go check out our suite, WOW what a surprise. Full kitchen, no need to bring anything except your own food and drinks, because the little store is reay high priced, dining room table, couch, gas fireplace, balcony that looks out into the courtyard that would be a perfect place for the Summer Blues nights, separate bedroom, and bathroom. It was so clean, and the Best part is, we were allowed to take our ebikes to our room, which is one of the main reasons we stayed there, because the beautiful bike trails are a ride away. Great restaurants and entertainment and we WILL be going back!!!"
