"It didn’t feel as clean or polished as I expected for a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the sauna required an additional fee, and that the room wasn’t ready on time. Although they apologized for the delay, I appreciated that they helped upgrade me to a room with a Han River view, and overall I was satisfied with that part even though check-in was a little late. The lounge also had less food than I expected, and they didn’t really have the snacks I like. I could see myself visiting again, but considering the price, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay there again."

"This hotel was a great find! I really enjoyed staying here. The room is really big compared to other properties in Seoul. Very clean with daily housekeeping. The bathroom is beautiful, with separate shower and a very large bathtub. The king size bed (very rare in Seoul) was super comfortable. The area is amazing with lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping nearby. Only 5 min walk to two metro stations and 20 mins to Gangnam and 30 mins to Myeongdong. The only downside is it was mostly unstaffed when I was there. Self check-in/out, but I didn't mind this. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Noticed that my room automatically indicates 'Do Not Disturb', once door is closed. Front desk gentlemen on 12 May around 1.30pm could really use a smile. He did not make a single effort to make us feel welcome! Sad hotel, not Glad."
