"Excellent on the water with awesome su rise views of South Padre Island and Spacex. Home had covered patio and direct access for us to put in our kayaks and paddle around the community. Home is comfortable, even had a small BBQ and kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. (We brought our own blender.) King bed was comfy, couches and TV chair was comfy too. Good TV and WiFi for streaming movies. Good check in communication from Vacasa. Would suggest you look at the Vacasa listing too, VRBO...
