"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"The villa was very beautiful, was easy to get to and from varenna. Communication with the host was super easy and she was super lovely. There were quite a few stairs to the top tho!"

"We absolutely LOVED every aspect of this place. Air conditioning ran ice cold which helped a lot during the heat wave. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked for a VRBO. The pool was perfect and the view spectacular. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to any inquiries. The walk up to the house is hard if you don’t have a car but you get used to it quickly and honestly I would walk three times as far for that view of the lake. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment, centrally located, very nice views. Never spoke directly with the host but the RentAllComo staff (managers) were extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended. The only complaint regards the key to door to enter off the street (not the front door), which is a bit tricky to work. Also, the lockbox for the key should be closer to the apartment than a couple hundreds meters down the street. But these are minor complaints. We would definitely rent the...

"Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic."
