"This is my second time staying at this hotel. I liked the room I stayed in better the first time, but I was still happy with the old world charm of this property. The breakfast is great and the staff are super friendly. My only complaint was my room was close to where bottles were being dumped into the bin, not a huge deal expect there were some nights that they would be dumping bottles multiple times well passed midnight which would wake me up with the loud crashing. "

"Brilliant place for a short stay, we stayed 1 night and it was lovely the room was very clean and tidy the bed was comfortable there are no draws for clothes but for a short stay it didnt matter. Breakfast was included there was a selection of cereal, toast and cooked breakfast to order which was very nice. "The room is basic, but clean, warm and comfortable. Single glazed windows don't keep much of the road noise out but, had it not been for karaoke (which I was warned about and finished at a sensible time) I wouldn't have heard the pub. For the price, certainly can't grumble. Only main gripe was the fire exit sign, which I'm sure is far brighter than it needs to be. Bring shower gel! "
