"Staff was great! Parking was a nightmare and they charge $20 per night. Tv and desk did not work but maintenance fixed it immediately. Room was dark as their needs more lighting. Got all the lighting in the morning as their were no blackout curtains."

"Fabulous! The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the Doubletree cookies are a nice touch. Our room exceeded expectations. We were given a high floor, and the view was spectacular. The hotel pool was warm and inviting. We will definitely book here again!"

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot tub was under construction but we knew that before our stay. Pool could be a tad warmer ;) Location is great, lots around the hotel. Definitely will stay here again "

"I was back for one more night because I didn’t finish my appointment as I expected. The front desk recognized me and explained that why my room was cold because they didn’t expect I wanted the room on the second floor, they usually turn on the heater ahead of the guest arrival to ensure the guest has comfortable place. That was kind of nice to hear that, I felt am respected. The place is new Reno, new look, super clean, staff are great! Definitely will come back again. "
