"The staff was so kind. The hotel is so clean and new. However, weather conditions, a blizzard in NJ had us needing to leave a night earlier than expected. The staff was very nice and told us to check out and contact Expedia and request a refund. We did and then the hotel rejected the refund, not even partial credit. Very surprising given how nice the staff was and understanding about our safety getting home before the storm. "

"I've stayed in Williamsport a number of times in other locations. This hotel is excellent. I'm traveling on a motorcycle and they even have motorcycle parking right at the entrance to the garage. My room on the second floor over looks that which is perfect. The pool and the hot tub. Just add to the experience. Highly recommended."
