"The experience was amazing. Maria received us with a drink and upgraded our room. The room was big with a comfortable bed, good pillows and lots of space. The staff at the reception was unbelievable, very helpful and cordial. they even packed us breakfast the last day when we were leaving early. Parking was not an issue as the hotel staff took care of it. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of choices, from fruits to cakes, included hot meals (we had to skip lunch after that) I highly recommend staying here."

"Excellent stay at this hotel. Water view was amazing, walking distance to all the restaurants, old town and the Venetian harbor. Spectacular breakfast, not a buffet with a menu to order from. If you were going to miss breakfast, they would have a box breakfast for you. Quiet at night and has an elevator. Hospitality was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We loved this hotel! We actually extended our stay for an additional day. This hotel only has 7 rooms and Eleutheria and the ladies who prestar this hotel were amazing! Be advised that there is no parking around this hotel as it's in the pedestrian district of Old Town Chania so do your research about parking beforehand! Also, there is no elevator so I would advise not taking a large suitcase (as I did). I really felt like I was staying in someone's home here and I can't recommend this hotel enough! We rented a car but it stayed parked the whole time as everything is walkable. Also, Greece has lots of cats! If you're allergic, be prepared. "

"We had a corner room with a balcony on both sides overlooking the busy restaurant and shopping area below. The room was larger than we expected. The only negative was that there was a step up into the bathroom, which we had to keep reminding ourselves of, especially at night."
