Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). Would be helpful to have everything in one place.

"Our bedroom was in the older part of the hotel, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Our room was quiet even though you are above some of the other parts of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was a very relaxing hotel with great staff, "
