"Very nice location. You can walk to river walk very easily. Millennium park, lake front, aquarium- all can be reached within 50 min walk. The hotel can be connected with bus 146 and light rail easily ($5 per day pass). The hotel has free breakfast. You can figure out after first day as how to get the best out of it. You have wholefood in the front and Walgreens within 1 block- can’t beat it! Room service is everyday! I would like to thank Darrel and Philips for wonderful service in the ground...

"This was our first time in Chicago and when I say me and my cousin had a wonderful trip it all started on the first guy we meet. He checked us in and was able to upgrade or room for our Anniversary ! The room was amazing , very spacious and beautiful views . Even for the balconies was closed it was still everything we expected and more . The staff is so nice and greets you ever time they see you.
