The apartment includes 1 bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen Tv, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower. Complete with air conditioning, terrace and small laundry area. Also provided: sheets, towels, sun loungers and umbrella for the pool, access to the pool, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Located in a strategic point to reach Olbia and to reach the most beautiful beaches. The closest, the beach of Marina Maria can be reached in a few minutes on foot (approximately 8) and in a couple of minutes by car.

In the surroundings there are many interesting restaurants and if you love to dine out we can provide you with information on different places more or less close but all personally tested.

2 minutes walk from the house there is a mini market complete with everything that can be used for shopping, 5 minutes by car instead is the Conad of Olbia, Eurospin and Lidl.

The nearest airport is Olbia-costa Smeralda, 6 km away.
The port of Olbia can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
