Außergewöhnlich

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Olbia - und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Roberto hat sich rührend um alles gekümmert, uns gute Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und frisches Obst etc. in die Wohnung gestellt. Wir können Amsicore 8 nur empfehlen!

En fin oplevelse i Olbia

Vi havde kun en enkelt nat, men ville ønske, at det var i længere tid, vi skulle være der. Roberto var meget venlig og imødekommende. Vi kunne komme ind på værelset tre timer før aftalt tid, da vi var i byen så tidligt. Han gav os gode råd omkring restauranter i nabolaget, som var et fantastisk område midt i den gamle bydel - utroligt charmerende. Værelset er stort og smukt - rustikt og smagfuldt indrettet. Der er mange spændende finurlige detaljer. Sengene er absolut behagelige. Der er en charmerende lille altan. Der er desuden dækket op med et stort udvalg af morgenmadsprodukter som kiks, knækbrød, yughurt og masser af frisk frugt, samt drikkevarer. Det var en meget fin oplevelse, og vi vender helt sikkert tilbage.

Downtown property

The room is in an old building in the city centre. Spacious and comfortable, is perfect to enjoy restaurants and shops in the center. Well equipped, plenty of goods from Sardinian beer to everything you need for breakfast.

excellent location, spacious room

Friendly and efficient welcome from Roberto even though our flight made us 3 hours late. Spacious room, clean and well equipped, even a cold beer in the fridge. Good size shower room too and soap etc. Air-conditioning made for a good nights sleep, quiet area, very convenient for pretty shops and restaurants etc. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Roberto.

Kleinod in der Altstadt

Wir haben die ersten Tage des Urlaubs in Olbia verbracht und haben uns in Amiscora 8 sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere mehrmalige Flugverspätung sehr flexibel und freundlich reagiert und uns gute Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Viele leckere Getränke, Snacks und Obst waren für uns vorbereitet. Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, ist mit dem Bus 10 vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen und auch das Stadtbüro von Europcar ist direkt um die Ecke. Vielen Dank, Roberto, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden Amiscora 8 jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent home in a great location

Roberto was fantastic with his communication and hospitality. The apartment is beautifully decorated and lots of nice touches from him.This was only an overnight stay but will stay here longer next time in Olbia.

Pleasant ground floor apartment in centre of town

The apartment has a spacious living room with tables, chairs, fridge and kettle, but no sink or means of heating food. Bathroom is very nice, but the bedroom with double bed is narrow and the queen sized bed is cosy. Situated in a quiet lane that is a very short walk to the town centre. We enjoyed staying there for 2 nights.

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen

Zweimal ums Eck und man ist mitten in der Verkaufsstrasse. Nachts in der Regel ruhig, spät heimkehrende Ausgehfreudige ausgenommen. Schade, dass das Appartment keine Möglichkeit bietet, eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Teller, Tassen und Besteck sind vohanden- nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Für eine Woche und zwei Personen ideal. Für länger braucht es mehr Möglichkeiten zur Ablage, Kleiderschränke etc. Roberto wohnt mit im Haus, ist aber nur bei Bedarf präsent. Insgesamt Daumen hoch, wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
