Experiência fantástica

Localização fantástica. Hotel antigo, de estilo rústico, mas bonito. Restaurante espectacular! Muito limpo. Recomendo pelo menos uma noite no regime de meia-pensão pois é uma experiência! Os quartos não são luxuosos, são mesmo rústicos, mas por isso mesmo, diferentes e charmosos. Tivemos a sorte de ficar num quarto com varanda para o jardim e vista para o mar. San Pantaleo fica a 3 minutos de carro e é espectacular, à noite, com bom ambiente, restaurantes e esplanadas. O hotel tem shuttle grstuito para a bela praia Rena Bianca.

Aggiungo, con piacere, un entusiastico commento. Penso di non sbagliare nel dire che l’Hotel Rocce Sarde oggi e' uno degli indirizzi migliori di San Pantaleo. Quello che colpisce e' il livello e la costanza di eccellenza. Ambiente, servizio, cortesia e cibo, in ugual misura, sorprendono il cliente e il vostro pranzo o cena si trasformano in un'esperienza indimenticabile. Sono stata con la mia famiglia la scorsa settimana. L'esperienza è stata più che positiva. L'hotel è molto bello, pulito, belle camere, personale molto professionale e più che cortese. Una nota particolare per il Maître GIACOMO. E' stato molto professionale e gentile con noi, ma anche con gli altri ospiti. Ha accontentato tutte le nostre richieste, tra l’altro sono stata poco bene un giorno e ci ha riempito di attenzioni. Ha guidato le nostre scelte in modo sicuro e azzeccatissimo, proponendo, di volta in volta, il meglio che aveva a disposizione nel menu e negli ingredienti. Bravissimo è riduttivo nei suoi confronti, è super professionale, si vede che lavora con molta passione e stile. Maître di altissimo livello e personalità, che ha sempre presentato il menu con grande cultura e proprietà di linguaggio, comprendendo subito le nostre esigenze e preferenze, con grandi doti organizzative e gestionali e grande capacità di ascolto attivo, per anticipare le nostre richieste e soddisfarle in un clima di grande serenità.

Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück und Abendessen, überaus reichlich. Hotel schön gelegen. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt, parkähnlich, schön anzuschauen. Zimmer nicht besonders groß aber behaglich, mit Klimaanlage. Wir vermißten lediglich die Möglichkeit, nasse Badekleidung zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

Tolle Lage. Der Service war ok. Manchmal etwas durcheinander, weil in der Bar immer andere Sachen mit demselben Preis angegeben wurden und man bei der Abrechnung dann raten musste, für was der Preis stand. Auch der Cafeservice beim Frühstück war nicht so schnell. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel und toller Service.

Le site, en nid d'aigle avec une vue époustouflante à 360° est égale à la déception de l'établissement 😕 attention tout n'est pas décevant... Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, la piscine jolie, la vue depuis le restaurant whaooouuu!!!😃, le dîner très bon, le personnel du restaurant très sympa.... Après, les chambres sont vieillottes, mal entretenues, avec des prestations qui ont trente ans de retard😕 et la réception est antipathique 😡... Le petit déjeuner est quelconque et sans intérêt, car pas goûteux.... Enfin le côté magnifique du site tranche avec une clientèle... Comment dire... qui fait village de vacances... Voilà... Ils doivent travailler certains points pour être à la hauteur du site majestueux qui est le leur !!

Et okay sted til overnatning

Servicen på hotellet var til fem stjerner. Sengene er til den hårde side, en topmadras ville gøre underværker. Morgenmaden er fin, men lad værre med at spise andre måltider på hotellet, aftensmaden var tilberedt på forhånd og virkede som, noget der bare skulle afvikles hurtigst muligt. En kæmpe skuffelse, særligt når der der ligger gode restauranter 5 minutter væk i San Pantaleo

Non vale 4 stelle..

Il posto ed il panorama è fantastico ma appena fuori dal diciamo perimetro dell’hotel c’è tutta la loro mondezza (lettini vecchi,bottiglie calcinacci etc etc). Il personale tutto è cortese ma al ristorante ci sono pecche enormi.. tipo cena Sarda e non sanno cosa ti servono oppure esce il Porceddu con sopra la salsa del carrè di agnello o la seadas fritta non ha il formaggio fuso dentro (cruda) .. la cosa peggiore è che chiedi ed il metre ti dice: “ è così “. Assurdo. La camera è si spaziosa ma vecchia con ina tv forse 12 pollici e la doccia di 80x80 cm. La zona piscina è bellissima..ma non di può avere i capelli galleggianti la mattina alle 10 e le pulci acquatiche tipiche di una pessima manutenzione ..un peccato proprio. Chiudo dicendo che da un 4 stelle in Costa Smeralda ti aspetteresti decisamente di più..

Bell'hotel in collina con vista mare

L'hotel è posizionato in una bella collina con un splendida vista in lontananza del golfo di Cugnana e delle isole di Soffi e Mortorio. Ottimo livello. Pulizia e gentilezza. Serate piacevoli al bar della piscina, anche con musica dal vivo. Ottimo ristorante. Discreti i vini; ma solo locali. L'albergo è isolato, quindi, per qualsiasi cosa o per fare un giro per negozi o bar, bisogna necessariamente prendere la macchina. Carina anche la cena sarda. Ottima esperienza.

Excellent breakfast. Super friendly staff Gorgeous pool Very clean Beautiful location. Beautiful village of San Pantaleo is a five minute drive/30 min walk with great bars and restaurants. Rooms are a little dated but you will only sleep in it. Not much to do when the sun goes down. You MUST get a hire car to explore the locality or be stuck on site where there is only a bar with a singer/pianist. Drinks are very expensive but no one complained when you drank our own. GET A HIRE CAR.....

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage mit dem Pool im Olivenhain ist ein Traum. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir Zimmer 121 welches keine Aussicht hatte und eher klein war . Als wir dies mit der Angestellten an der Reception angesprochen hatten erhielten wir die gleiche Kategorie aber mit Blick aufs Meer ohne Aufpreis

Otimo hotel mas pode melhorar muito!

Viajei com meu filho de 4 e um casal de amigos com filhos de 2 e 4. Hotel é muito agradável! Quartos ok, varanda gostosa mas banheiro pequeno. Camareiras extremamente simpaticas! Area externa excelente! Porem 2 coisas me decepcionaram muito, durante as refeiçoes, os funcionarios começam a recolher td antes mesmo de acabar o horario e praticamente nao existe reposicao! Nos sentimos literalmente sendo expulsos do restaurante, fica um vai e vem de bandeja e gente arrumando p a proxima refeicao. Deixando td pronto para o cafe da manhã! Achei isso muito desagradável! Poderiam esperar todos sairem para fazer! A comida é boa! Outro ponto que foi muito ruim, foi o check in, chegamos a noite , umas 23 hs ou mais .... Demoramos mto para encontrar o hotel pois o gps mandava para outro lugar e estavamos do lado mas, n achavamos pois ja era noite e a regiao é montanhosa! Depois de mais de 1 dia viajando e 4 hs de carro c 3 criancas dormindo no carro ou chorando chegamos no hotel com ajuda da vizinhança. A pessoa da recepçao era mto despreparada e alem disso nao estava pronto o nosso quarto, eram 2!!! Inclusive uma suite, uma das melhores do hotel ( era para ser!!!) . Nao tinha berço nem cama arrumada e nos coloaram em um quarto horrivel, no fundo, escuro e cheio de pernilongo, alem de nao ser o reservado! Pode ter sido um caso isolado mas n pode acontecer jamais! So foi resolvido 2 dias depois.... Apos os hospedes que ocuparam o nosso quarto irem embora!

Wunderschön gelegen, das Hotel hat jedoch deutliche Schwächen. Die Terrassen sind so unglücklich ineinander geschachtelt, das keinerlei Privatheit möglich ist, man sich sogar tief in die Schlafzimmer blicken kann. Unsere Klimaanlage lief zwar, kühlte aber nicht, man ist völlig den Mücken ausgeliefert, da außer den schweren Verduncklungsvorhängen keinerlei sonstiger Schutz besteht,........
