"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. "Traveling by car, we found the spacious parking lot to be a major advantage. Our room was clean, and the public bath provided the perfect way to unwind. We received exceptional customer service from the front desk team, with a special mention to Mr. Shusei Ando, who made our check-in process smooth and efficient. As it was our family’s first time visiting Sawara, we were eager to try a local Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mr. Ando’s recommendation was the perfect choice and a wonderful way to end our day. And the buffet breakfast the following day was a great way to fuel up before heading out on our long road trip."

The location is convenient with enjoyable shopping and attractions nearby. The amenities of the hotel were great, with onsen and the lobby has a gift shop, bar, arcade huge seating area and overall a cool aesthetic with floor to ceiling windows showing the beautiful ocean view. The staff working there were all incredibly courteous, friendly and kind people who made the stay really enjoyable. Really appreciated their exemplary customer service. Looking forward to my next visit here, and to stay longer next time! "
