"Living in a whole house. Huge space for visitors Traditional Japanese pajamas is provided. Nice to experience traditional Japanese living. Great breakfast! Its workers come to your house and make breakfast in front of you. Never imagine in past. Free hot spring close by. Friendly employees Quiet neighborhood with small bars and restaurants There is a Japanese restaurant in walking distance called 武島料理店Takeshima Ryori Ten. Highly recommended Please be alerted: 1) please count any child over 12 as adult. If not, an extra charge will be applied. 2) There is a 10 minutes walk from local train station. It is easy in normal situation, but not to carry baggage in the rain. In general speaking, I still highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean, nice and friendly! So far this hotel was the best place we’ve been! The location was right next to the sea, with a nice view from the hotel. And we really enjoyed the modern design of the room and their restaurant! Plus their staff were very friendly and helpful! We were driving there, they guided us and provided free parking for our stays. We highly recommend this place for all young couples and families!"

"初めてのグランピングでしたが、なんて楽なんだろうと思いました。 晩御飯は、大変美味しく、食べきれないほどの量がありました。 お風呂がもう少し充実していると、なお良い気もしますが、キャンピング施設なので、十分なのかもしれません。 グリルの使い方がわからないとき、スタッフの方々も、丁寧に教えてくださいました。 また、宿泊したいなと思います。"

"AMAZING STAY! Run by a very cute and welcoming family. They are the 6th generation to run a Ryokan here in this 300 year old building. They are excellent hosts. They serve delicious dinners and breakfasts. The dishes and bowls they use are pieces of art in themselves. The property is full of interesting and skilfully made antiques. Our view from the room was a classic, beautifully manicured garden illuminated by a few stone lanterns. I really recommend you stay here. It is great value and a traditional Japanese Ryokan experice. "

"A wonderful ryokan with a lovely staff, who also speak good English. We were courteously picked up from Yaizu station and then dropped off when we checked out as well. The room is very large, bed comfortable, and filled with modern amenities. Even the temperature of our private onsen can be adjusted down to 39C (which I preferred). The meals were elaborate and delicious, served in a very tranquil and comfortable setting. I would definitely return in the future. I especially recommend this hotel to solo travelers, as this one of the very few higher end, full service ryokans with a private onsen that accepts lone guests."
