3rd time back at this hotel. The parking at the hotel is ridiculous. Never before has it been valet only and at $35 dollars per day. That’s just down right wrong. I asked the valet attendant if he could drive a stick shift, he said WHATS THAT!!!! The parking is not covered to protect from the weather and too expensive. Large spacious rooms, large walk in shower.

The front desk personnel are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the area. Pool was not open when we stayed came prepared with swimsuits so this was disappointing. I believe the gym was also closed however another was available. Breakfast was not up to par for a hotel of this quality. Had an issue with cleaning staff who did not allow me to enter the bathroom. I was assured management handled it.

Property is in a nice location adjacent to Bricktown. That said, the hotel really lacks amenities, including the ones that they have listed on their website such as a pool and a gym. Apparently, those amenities are closed due to remodeling, which will be great for future guests, but should have been communicated prior to the stay.

Nice area, nice room, nice staff. The valet was a little strange though with a guy asking to take our keys without identifying himself as valet and not wearing a uniform. Reception was friendly and easy. The room was lovely. Breakfast was fine.

Hyatt Place is in a charming neighborhood in Oklahoma City. The beautifully decorated room was quiet & clean. The beds are super-comfortable! The breakfast was OK, but lacking.

This is our second rip to Oklahoma City's Bricktown neighborhood. The area is ultimately walkable with plenty of entertainment, shopping and walkable attractions. The Hyatt Place is well located in Bricktown. We have stayed several Hyatt Place hotels. The decor is clean, contemporary and pleasing. The Breakfast is a step above most like priced options. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. We were pleased.

My stay was great. I would caution booking with Expedia though. I was here for work and ended up being done earlier and needed to check out early. Expedia made it extremely difficult to do this for the property. I’m still not sure if I will be reimbursed for the night that I did not stay.

Parking situation and communication from staff. Hotel did not provide for courtesy parking. At check in I was told parking was $29/day. I asked both attendant and front desk if the fee was for 24 hours or per calendar day. I was told 24 hours. I checked in at 2:30pm and checked out the next morning at 5:30pm and was charged for two days! $58 for 15 hours of parking!!! ridiculous.

The hotel is clean and rooms are large. The area is ok - its on the east edge of Bricktown. They have a good free breakfast. The swimming pool and fitness center are closed due to renovations. The parking is not good - all they have is valet and its $30 per night and they don’t tell you this until after you’ve booked the room. Would not stay here again as there are lots of hotels in this area with free parking.

We came here with another family and our kids for Spring Break. We only considered this hotel because it has an indoor pool. I made sure to check that the pool was open before booking. When we arrived, we were told that the pool is down for maintenance. On top of that, the pool at the sister hotel (that guests here are supposed to be able to use in these situations) is also down for maintenance. This ruined the stay here for our families. Had we known the pool was closed we would have booked another hotel. Instead, we overpaid for a pretty average hotel with no pool. Very disappointed.

Upon checking in was told that there was no parking and valet would be additional. Normally this would be fine but I specifically looked for during booking and was never mentioned. Valet service is billed separately which is not convenient either. Was also told both the pool and workout room we're not available during check-in which is all just adding up to I will never stay at one of these hotels again.

Booked here because it had a pool for our child. Got here and pool was closed for Reno. It’s not posted anywhere on Expedias site. Parking was $30/day. Shower wasn’t draining, we will see if it’s taken care of when we return from our day. Rooms were nice, hotel itself was nice, breakfast was decent and the same as most hotel breakfast.

So parking is 33$ a day unless you find it somewhere else. However, if you get parking with them you are stuck with it for your entire stay. The pool and gym are closed. The vallet people were nice, nice enough to tune my cars radio to a local station for us. (We found that this morning). We were there Sunday to Thursday. They never cleaned our room! The mircrowave is in the hall way. And I didn't attempt laundry. Expedia and the Hyatt don't exactly work together. It would better if your booking there to just use their site. Because if you use expedia they charge your card another 40$ and I'm not sure I'll get that back. The breakfast is decent. Theres no waffles lol. Everything else was a miss. However, if all you want is a hot shower and a comfy bed then this is your place. I won't be staying there again.

Pool is under construction. Would not have booked here had we known that since we had kids in our group. Room service did not clean rooms and replace towels even though the “do not disturb” sign wasn’t out. We called down to the front desk to have more towels brought up and was told we would have to get them ourselves. The fireplace/heater on the patio did not work.

Nice, clean hotel in Bricktown close to the Paycom Center. We were able to walk there easily. Staff were nice. There is parking available but it is valet only. Would stay there again on my next trip to OKC.

Great hotel - convenient to the ballpark and basketball arena. It had valet parking that was mandatory for parking with the hotel but we were able to find free street parking.

We were bullied into turning over our car keys as we got out in front of the hotel and tried to go inside to register for our room. Once inside we were told there was no parking on the facility ( not mentioned in the website) and valet parking was $29 plus fees and tax for the night. Also the pool and exercise facilities were closed. Wow! Welcome to the Hyatt! We found the front staff very defensive of the problems we had as opposed to apologizing or fixing our negative experience. The air conditioner was so noisy in our room that neither of us could sleep. When we tried to retrieve our car the next morning, our text to the valet service was never received and after 10 minutes we went outside to track down the valet service. So glad we were charged $33 for this “service”. Our advise…choose a different hotel. P.S. Read the other reviews, and the customer service responses seem to be very insincere.

So for starters the room was disgusting. The towels were dirty, the room was disgusting. We tried to use the pull out couch and when we opened it, it had food in it and around it. Also $29 valet on top of what we already pay to stay there or we have find somewhere miles away just to stay at your hotel. That’s ridiculous. On top of that we booked this hotel because there was a pool and a gym and both of those were closed due to construction. That would have been nice to know before booking. We also went down to the bar to have a drink and the bartender was extremely rude, rushing to get home I assume (which I get but doesn’t mean you have to be rude to not only us but other hotel guests.) she still had 10 minutes of being open. Every time I talked to the front desk they looked and talked to me like I was an inconvenience. I’ve never experienced a hotel this bad before. I would never recommend someone to stay here.

Overall our stay was good. Nice place with a good breakfast. We only had one issue, the heat/ac unit in our room. It would heat up the room and immediately thereafter switch to AC, freezing us. Maintenance was contacted by the front desk but never showed up over our 4 night stay.

We had an outside building light shining into our room which made it hard to sleep. We were on the 3rd floor. They need blackout curtains to close the edges of the shade that allowed that annoying light through. It would’ve also have been nice to have been reminded that there was breakfast only until 9:30 when we checked in We had assumed 10:00 from other hotels so we missed it.

Everything was good just wrong time for the pool to be down and gym. This was a state wrestling tournament weekend. Its important the kids get there last work out in and have some fun as well. I would have booked another place over the pool being down but everything around was full.
