Convenient location but not senior citizen frenly

While conveniently located, the hotel is a bit old. Also toilets are not senior citizen friendly and dangerous for old folks (need to step up/down when getting in/out). Mattresses are hard and not comfortable.

料金設定はとても魅力的でホテルの立地も国際通りや松山で夜の繁華街を楽しみたい方にお薦めだと思います。 空港も近いし、施設も年数経過の割には綺麗にされていると思います。 単身や友達との宿泊には良いと思いますが家族向けではないと思います。 コスパ的には申し分ありません。

天井が低く圧迫感があり、クーラーも低いので、直接あたってしまう。 安いのでこのぐらいは当たり前なのかも… でも、小さい子を連れてクーラーが直当たりはちょっと辛かった… クーラーが汚れていたので清潔さは★3です。。

モノレール県庁前駅から徒歩10分強、泊港まで徒歩15分。併設の食堂で夕食が可能でした。コンビニ、銀行ATMも至近でした。スタッフの皆さんはネパールの方とうかがいましたが、丁寧に対応してくださっていました。室内WiFiも問題なく使え、概ね心地よく滞在できました。

ツインルームが広い！

外観、フロントは古い様ですが部屋の中はリフォーム済みの様でとても綺麗でした。ツインルームを利用しましたがとても広かったです。

少し歩けばいろんなお店に行ける場所なので、とても便利です。隣にコンビニ、一階には食堂もあります。駐車場の台数は少ないですが、近隣のコインパーキングにはさらに安いところもありました。お掃除されてない日があり、ドアノブにかけるフダをもらいましたが、ドアノブにかけるべき穴が小さく使えませんでした。改善してほしいですね。
