場所が良く、安く泊まるだけならという感じ。 アメニティにないに等しく、持参しないとダメ。 トイレとシャワーが共同で面倒なので、そこを我慢できるなら良いが、私には少し厳しかった。

ただ寝るだけの施設を求めるなら格安で泊まれます。駅から近く、観光地(国際通り)からも程良く近くて立地は最高。ただ、施設はオンボロです。見たら最初に気後れしそう。アメニティも最低限度、シャンプーとボディソープのみ、タオルは有料なので持参がオススメ。シャワーはお湯と水を捻って調整するタイプで慣れないと難しいです。部屋は個室といえども鍵は無く、上下の押し入れタイプのベッドをロールカーテンで仕切るだけの簡易な間仕切りが有るだけです。盗難等は宿泊者の良心に賭けるしかありませんでした。ただしベッドは厚くてフカフカで気持ち良く眠れました。エアコンは有料ですがこの時期は使わなくても大丈夫でした。

シングルルームに滞在。飾り気は無いが広さは十分。 ただし､シャワー室が貧弱。衣服が濡れないようにレジ袋を持参する必要あり。 また､食器を洗う流しが女性用トイレの領域にあるので少し不便。

利用したのは角部屋でしたが、六階にもかかわらず窓を開けるとガードもないため少し怖かったです。 壁が薄いため、隣の携帯のアラームがずっと鳴り続いてるのが丸聞こえで朝はつらかった。耳栓必須！

良かった点： 国際通りに近く、歩いて10分もかからないので遊びに行くのに便利でした。また、徒歩圏内に那覇バスターミナルや県庁駅があるので、アウトレットモールや空港へのアクセスが良く、車移動しない方も十分楽しめるかと思います。 ホテル自体は古いですが、お部屋も綺麗にされてますし、頻繁にトイレ掃除などされていて良かったです。 また、食器やカトラリー、電子レンジがラウンジにあるので、長めの宿泊時に重宝しそうだと思います。 残念だった点： 早く着いたので、受付でバックを預かっていただきたかったのですが、チェックイン（11:00～）前の時間は誰もおらず電話したところ「受付前に置いておけば後で中に入れておく」と言われました。これは事前に知っておきたかった情報でした。 お部屋のエアコンが100円入れて2時間使えることを知らなかったので少し損をした気がしました。タオルも1枚100円で借りれます。 また、飲み屋さんが近いので窓を開けて寝ていると朝方までうるさかったです。窓を閉めるとそこまで気にはなりませんでした。

駅近で安いです。

室内は古そうですが、綺麗にされています。女性専用のシャワールーム、トイレは就寝スペースの外で、鍵で開け閉めは有りますが、水の音が聞こえないので、気兼ねなくトイレに行けます。ドミトリーに泊まりましたが、各部屋にサーキュレーター( 扇風機 )が置かれていましたので、助かりました。
