I have stayed here multiple times now. My most recent was approx 10 months ago. Multiple staff recognized me and greeted me, everyone is friendly. Although there are a few minor issues here and there with property, overall this place is great. I appreciate the use of the Japanese bath. Also that the cabins are cleaned every day. It’s quiet, safe, clean. Will stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Only real complaint is men’s washroom on floor 3 has a broken (and smelly) stall and it’s been that way for over a month. There’s also small flies in the common lounge area same floor, related? Should be an easy fix, I’m shocked they haven’t addressed this..

Onsite bath is nice. Cabins are cleaned daily. Staff is friendly. Only complaint is the men’s washroom, one of the toilets is broken and giving off an odor. They are aware of the problem (sign on the door, dated nearly a month ago). I’m surprised they haven’t fixed it yet.
