Staff members are so nice! I was very happy because even though we were late for the breakfast time they kindly served us. Hotel is very clean, modern, and convenient. I would definitely stay again at this hotel. Again this service was the top level of high standard of Japan generally.

Very good access to Oita Station and the shopping and eating area. The room was a bit small and we had trouble with the water pressure in the sink. Parking was a bit difficult if you plan to take your car out and return after 11PM.

清潔感があり、スタッフはどの方も丁寧な対応でした。 ホテルから繁華街までは近く大変便利でした。 今回は12階に宿泊し、窓からの夜景や景色は絶景でした。 朝食はビュッフェタイプで大人も子供も喜ぶメニューでした。大分の名物もふんだんに使用しており、朝食を入れて良かったと思います。 今回の宿泊は大変満足でした。
