All rooms have their own onsen, I can enjoy onsen with privacy at any time. It’s very convenient. It’s a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. Personally, I love Japanese meal, so if they can provide a traditional Japanese breakfast, it would be great.

The dinner was very memorable and I would give it 10/10. However, the room we stayed in feels very dated and not very well maintained. There were brown spots on the walls and the beds were not comfortable to sleep in, and the air conditioning is on and off so me and my husband were not able to have a good sleep at night time. We do appreciate the big room and the nice in suite hot spring experience though. Staffs were nice but always really busy so you can feel them rushing through to help you so they can attend to other things after. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great spacious villa. It’s wonderful to have two private onsen baths in the room (one indoor and one outdoor). Staff was very courteous, efficient and always ready to assist. I was greeted by a staff member the moment I got out of my car (in the parking lot across the road from the reception area!).

The dinner and breakfast were so good and the staff was so nice to explain to us about every dish. It also provided transfer from and to the train station, so convenient. We booked 4 rooms, each has its own layout. So relax to have onsen in each room. We will stay in this property again if we are back to Yufuin.

The accommodation is a bit far from the station, but the surrounding area is very pleasant for a walk. It takes about a 7–10 minute walk to the main street, so it is still quite convenient. The room is very comfortable and suitable for a family vacation

I loved everything about the Yufuin Bettei Itsuki. The staff had amazing service. We stayed in the Sakura room and it was perfect. The 2 onsens were so great. We added on the Kaiseki breakfast and dinner and everything was so delicious! I hope to stay here again in the future.

The rooms are very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The private onsen is amazing. We booked half board and was very thankful that they were willing to accommodate our vegetarian diet. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.
