"Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu."

"駐車場の案内に出てきてくださったり、周辺施設をご案内していただいたり、とても親切なお宿でした。 ただ、エクスペディアの素泊まり予約で、浴衣タオルが別でした。日本の宿泊施設で浴衣とタオルがないことを想定していなかったので、びっくりしたし、少しこまりました。ベッドのお部屋に泊まりましたが、スプリングが気になり深く眠れなかったので、感覚花瓶な方には向かないかもしれません。"
