"What a great stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy including picking us up and dropping us back at the train station. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you could need to be comfortable. We wish we had added another day to our trip just to stay in the apartment and look out over the vineyards. Hannelore pointed out a good restaurant just up the road for us to have dinner and a bakery for breakfast, both of which were amazing....

"This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. "Our 4 night stay in Trechtingshausen was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spacious, immaculate and very well appointed. The garden is beautiful and provides immediate access to a network of hiking trails that are well worth the effort. "Fantastically clean property with very comfortable rooms and bed. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom (with washing machine as well). It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. Steffi the owner was really helpful and friendly and picked me up from the train station with my cases and offered to take me to places like supermarkets for food. A really great place to stay. "An der 2 1/2-Zi-Wg gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen; das Interieur sehr modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Ein grosses Pluspunkt auch die bedachte Terrasse, sodass man auch bei Regenwetter draussen sitzen kann. Die Gastgeberin, Frau Pirschle, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nein, es gibt wirklich nichts zu bekritteln. Wir genossen auf jeden Fall unseren 6-tägigen Aufenthalt. Und: eine sehr ruhige Gegend (Einfamilienhaus-Quartier)."

"We had the most amazing stay, in fact, the best stay in our one-month trip in Germany. Our room was in the villa and opened up to a wonderful view overlooking the Rhine. It was grand, palatial, with a high ceiling, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Service was excellent at reception and restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including tea n coffee making facilities, bathrobes, high quality toiletries, and even bedroom slippers. We felt pampered like royalty, and really couldn’t have asked for more. "
