Welcome to our charming holiday apartment! Our non-smoking, pet-free apartment ensures a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.



Relax in your cozy bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, soft indirect lighting, workspace, and a second TV—perfect for unwinding. The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything for a great start to the day: capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker, tea, and coffee for your first breakfast. Spices, dish towels, and dishwasher tabs are also provided to make you feel at home.



The modern living-dining room features a sofa bed for one person, free Wi-Fi, and TV. The bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cosmetic tissues, and cotton pads. All rooms have blinds for privacy and peace. Freshly made beds, hand towels, and bath towels are ready for you.



Enjoy your private seating area in the garden with awning and sun loungers—smoking is allowed there. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard. Free street parking is available.



A beauty institute is located in the building, where guests receive a discount on treatments. A bakery is just around the corner and open mornings except Mondays.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gerne wieder

Pros: Viel Platz, sehr gute Küchenausstattung und Gewürze, selbst Öl und Essig war zusätzlich da. Gute Betten und bequeme Sofas, zwei Fernseher. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit. Prima renoviert. Prima Ausgangsbasis für Radtouren und Wanderungen im Rheingau und umzu. Räder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Cons: Zur Straße hin morgens recht laut, Durchgangsverkehr. Aber notfalls kann man im Wohnzimmer übernachten, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, liebevoll ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Unsere Gastfamilie hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen, ist absolut hilfsbereit, gibt viele Ausflugstipps. Auch dass wir den Gartensitzplatz benutzen durften, war angenehm, und eine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag haben wir auch noch bekommen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und die Gastfreundschaft der Familie sehr empfehlen! Cons: Das Preisniveau der Restaurants vor Ort ist sehr gehoben. Die Landstraße führt direkt durch Johannisberg und ist stark frequentiert, eine Umgehungsstraße wäre wünschenswert.
