"I like Skycastles and Columbus Heights and stayed many times in this past. Its views are exceptional. This particular place was cheap. It had a futon for a sofa and plastic chairs for dinning and old seating outside. There were loads of locked spaces and it seamed cramped."

The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

I tried calling multiple times but no one answered. 2. When I arrived at the property, the lights were off and no security in site. I checked the property next door and was told that the property was closed for renovations. I ended up contacting Expedias customer service where they also were not able to...

"This property is none existing, the host never picked up the phone. The place looks run down and decapitated. Just looking at the outside and the people that was in and out of the building make you feel unsafe. This should not be a place list for tourist."
