The room was pretty good. Just your average hotel room. It was nice it had a kitchenette area. The showers water pressure wasn’t great but it did the job. The hotel is very close to the beach and everything else. Free parking but tight area. Overall 8/10

There is no breakfast except grab and go...and not much coffee. Maybe I misinterpreted this place but it was a bit of a disappointment. I did feel safe tho and I could walk to starbucks and the pier. Sorry to complain!

We stayed 4 nights. The beds were comfortable and we slept so good, housekeeping was great about new towels and tp restock. There is a washer and dryer on each floor. Needed a few dollars in quarters but so helpful when you are going to beach. Parking was convenient and its such a great location to easily hop on and off from I-5. Would absolutely stay again.

This was a good hotel. In and out is literally across the street and it’s within walking distance to the beach. The bathroom could use a better fan for taking showers but that was minor.

This hotel is very good to stay at when you go to oceanside. The location is walking distance from all of the major attractions such as the pier, mission boulevard, along with all of the other places to visit. Well worth the money paid.

The building was melting. The rooms were very good. The only sad part about the stage was the air conditioner wasn’t working. They made several attempts to fix it and comedies with the band, which is very good in the future. I would like to see better again.

Great location! also the price is good, my husband loves it so it is awesome and he is very picky one! A boutique hotel , very cute and room was clean daily, definitely will be back! Bring 200 dollars for cash deposit and u will get it back! I definitely understand why people gave bad reviews but don’t believe them totally! We always have to listen to both side! For us, we like the front desk and I believe if u want kindness and respect , you give them, then u will receive them! We treat our room like in our own house and that is matter! We definitely will be back again! 5 Stars for us! Highly recommend if u are on the budget for San Diego beach 🏖️! The hotel was convenient, right off the freeway. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing I can recommend is fixing the main entrance doors, which had to be opened manually as they seemed to be broken.

The room advertised a balcony and there was none. Front desk staff appeared bored. Cleaning lady very friendly. Close to everything which was good. O yeah bathroom sliding door old as hell and stuck so get ready to not have privacy. Overall room was clean bed comfy but not what the pictures make it look like.

The room was clean and the price was right, but the staff was less than friendly. When we got to our room there had been a leak under the sink that had dampened the carpet. A fan was running to dry it. We called the staff and they just said not to use the sink. No offer to change our room. After our first night, houskeeping came and brought fresh towels but didn't even make the bed. The breakfast was lousy, just snack bars and apples and bananas.

I needed an inexpensive hotel on very short notice and this place delivered. Clean, safe, comfortable and roomy. No frills, but also no drama or noise or “sketchy” people/situations. GREAT location. Staff communicated well but were not overly pleasant. It was fantastic for the price: $60
