Awesome reception with Shari, superb upgrade. Hotel was across the street from the beach and a 5-min walk to the shops and restaurants. Our destination for next year. Also although a block from the tracks, we heard nothing.

Loved the oceanview and the bath tub!! We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the stay. One tiny thing that was annoying was that the lady who was really pushing us to become a member at the time of checkin. We just wanted to get to the room to relax after hours of travel.

Everything was perfect about the property except for the time share tour push during check in. I am not interested in that and definitely not upon the chaos of check in. Just let people start their vacation that they already paid for.

This place is amazing! absolutely love, a good friend of mine recommend it, said the view of the beach is impeccable, and lots to do in the area! The staff were very courteous, informative, and kind! I would definitely come back and stay here!

The staff was very helpful. I liked the concept of the phob key but they didn’t work very well in the elevator or at the room door. I also just came to relax not sign up for a time share.

This property has a nice location but beware. They are selling you on timeshares and if you agree to attend they are not kind when you choose not to buy. I paid full price for my room and did not know they would not give me my keys at check in until I heard there pitch. So many options right in the beach in Oceanside, next time I will go elsewhere.
