The property is absolutely awesome...couldn't ask for anything else when looking for a rental on the beach! Location, grass, private beach, living space, and general accommodations is perfect for renters!! when i got this beach house for my family i did not realize how it would effect us we came home so relaxed and wanting to go back the food around there was great and close with in walking distance must try port a sub must rent this house i highly recommend it

This property is perfect for a family get away. Close to shops and restaurants and the pier. But you can't beat the amazing location and view. Awesome watching the surfers and the kids playing in the ocean while we enjoyed our private beach. Couldn't ask for anything better!

This was the perfect place for our family! From the cape cod style house, to the non stop amazing view of the ocean, and the oh so green grass we had the best week ! Can not say enough great things about this beach house. Sitting by fire and watching our kids run around and enjoy the beach was a great relaxing way to end our vacation. Will definitely be back again.
