"We booked a king room in the hotel and were put in a loft across the street. The loft was large but we didn’t like having to come across the street to utilize the hotel amenities. The front desk was nice but seemed frazzled. The valet was also extremely backed up. The process from checking in to checking out didn’t feel very smooth but we would give it another shot in hopes of a better experience next time."
