The location was 10/10, as per hotel it need improvement. There should be more light the room. Bed and beddings need improvements. In one word rooms need improvements. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great. Just infront of boardwalk.

Great location! Steps from beach! Loved the rocking chairs on the deck with a beautiful ocean view! The pool & bar was very nice. Comfortable and clean beds. Bathrooms desperately need updating. Would stay again!

For the price , this place was great!! Close to all the fun things on the boardwalk. The pool bar wasn’t open once the entire time I was there .. so that was disappointing. But the place was cute.. hotel is definitely outdated. But my family enjoyed our stay!

The good: hotel had a great location right on the boardwalk. There were so many things to do within walking distance. The pool was great and had live music and a tiki bar. There was a nice porch that overlooked the ocean with a plethora of rocking chairs off of a beautiful lobby. The staff was all very pleasant. The bad: Parking was difficult. The room was incredibly small. The bathroom was moldy and impossibly tiny. The shower door didnt close so the floor would soak.The room was not truly clean as we found a previous guests' candy wrapper on the floor. AC was disgusting.
