"The location is perfect for water sports on the sound. The Beach is just across the street. The condo was nicely decorated, spotless, and the furnishings very comfortable and nice. I really enjoyed reading on the back deck and by the pool while my husband took wind surfing lessons next door. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you to the owners for accommodating our late check-out! "
"This is our second stay at Mila’s beach property. It’s perfect for our small family - two young daughters & our dachshund. We love the kayaks and screened in porch. "We have rented in the obx for many years and this is the house I can say confidently that we would rent at again. The house is perfect for families...very spacious and well laid out and the private beach was absolute perfection for all ages to enjoy. The hosts were quick to communicate. There was a small mishap at check in but the hosts responded quickly and rectified the situation. The private community was quiet and town was very chill without the heavy traffic and noise of Duck and Nags Head. The beaches were more of a hike to get too, but we discovered we liked hanging out at the sound more so primarily stayed there. Overall one of the best house we stayed at the OBX and highly recommend it!!!"

"We had a great time! The house was clean and very nice views. We could see deer from the back porch about everyday. It was a little chilly so a heated pool would of been nice and a few more chair by the pool would of been cool. But over all it was very good!"
