The location is perfect for water sports on the sound. The Beach is just across the street. The condo was nicely decorated, spotless, and the furnishings very comfortable and nice. I really enjoyed reading on the back deck and by the pool while my husband took wind surfing lessons next door. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you to the owners for accommodating our late check-out!

Lovely unit

The condo is lovely and well-equipped and well located. The beach across the street goes for miles and is largely empty. The owners were helpful answering some questions and good communicators. We were very pleased.

When I arrived the outside was not appealing I thought to myself oh know, but boy was i surprised when I entered the home it was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious! It was everything I wanted and more! The decor really makes you feel comfortable and relaxing. The pool area is nice as well little outdated but clean. My family and I loved staying there. Worth every penny! The master bedroom was very spacious and the balcony area nice to sit and enjoy breakfast in morning! Although it’s pet friendly it doesn’t smell like other animals were there. My dog loved it as well. A little walk to beach there’s also a nearby bar which just opened and can walk right across. Also a place you can rent kayaks, get windsurfing lessons etc. a short ride to supermarket as well and to other beaches. LOVED OUR STAY!!

We booked this property last-minute for our honeymoon and had the absolute best experience!The property is clean, cozy and beautiful. We looked forward to coming back to the rental every day after our activities to unwind and watch the sunset together on the balcony. Cozy Condo on the Pamlico Sound

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful view of the Pamlico Sound in the backyard and a quick walk across the street to the beach from the front yard. Nice swimming pool and a laundry room as well.

The Perfect Avon Accommodations

We loved this condo! There is a great view of the sound from the deck and it was a quick walk across the street. The condo was well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The decor was very inviting and felt modern. We definitely recommend this condo!
