"House was infested with Roaches/palmetto bugs. Upon check-in roaches started coming thru the crown and floor moldings as well as behind the cabinets—all over. Local Vacasa rep Tony didn’t respond until next day. We had to vacate property. The local and national Vacasa team couldn’t find a local place for our family to stay. Place was dirty upon arrival w/dead roach on floor and crumbs on tables. Terrible experience!! We had to return home after a 10 hour trip to outer banks.. Still no refund!! We purchased over 600 dollar in groceries that were wasted as well!!"
