This private entrance suite sits in a new-construction home with a street view & outdoor covered seating area. Equipped with a private bathroom, bedroom with blackout curtains for a good knight sleep & closet. Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, Air Fryer, dining table & coffee table. For those who prefer to prepare their own food you will find plenty of pots, pans, cups, plates, & silverware. The studio area provides a love seat & Roku tv where you can log in to your streaming accounts. The bedroom provides a queen size bed & closet, ceiling fan in bedroom. The water in the entire home is filtrated & safe to drink from the faucet, there are complimentary water bottles, soft drinks & snacks.
