"The Seneca Niagra Resort & Casino is amazing! Absolutely beautiful place. Check in process was very smooth & quick. The casino is also just as beautiful. Everything was very clean & the location was perfect, right downtown & only a 10-15 min walk to Niagra Falls State Park & the falls themselves. That short walk takes you right down through downtown, all the shops & restaurants. There's So much to see & do. We could see the mist from the falls from our room & at night, there is a gorgeous view of the Canadian skyline & the fireworks. All right from the room! My only issue was that I was 99.9% sure I booked one of the corner view rooms with all the windows on both sides which is also what showed on my reservation but that is not the room we got. We got a standard view room with the one floor to ceiling window which was great as well, just isn't what I believe I had reserved. That was the only downfall. My boyfriend & I stayed here for a trip to see the falls because it has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. We had an amazing time & stay. We will defintely be coming back & will defintely stay here again! I would recommend Seneca Niagra Resort & Casino to anyone planning a trip to Niagra. You will not be disappointed! It was way beyond our expectations. "
"The hotel is new therefore everything from bed, pillows to towels are new.
Unfortunately they charge $20 for the parking. And when I called I was told there wasn't a charge (I saw people claimed about this fee in reviews)"
"We had a nice stay and nobody bothered us…quite nice. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. It was clean and front desk workers were helpful with all info we needed."
"The bar is clean and pretty, breakfast for 20 dollars is self service. Staff in particular lady on front desk are very helpful. Close work to the Falls. Would stay there again."
"The Red Coach Inn is located at the perfect spot, especially for those who do not mind walking. All the viewing sites and attractions are in easy walking distance. One can walk to the Canadian side via the Rainbow Bridge in less than 30 minutes. If you get an all day pass on the “WeGo” bus system on the Canada side you can easily visit all the sites on that side. The Inn itself is an older boutique style place, so you won’t get all the glitz of newer places…but it is quiet and away from the rat race centered in the towering hotel area. The people are friendly and helpful and the chief cooked breakfast that came with the room was wonderful. We had a wonderful time. "
