"Aircon in the room smelt of piss. Staff at reception are rude, few and far between, and constantly overwhelmed. Cleaners entering your room from 8am to clean on day of departure. Its been a long time since I've had such poor service at an accor hotel."

"Checked in - poky little lobby. Got taken to our rooms. The smell of mustiness when the door opened was overwhelming. Room is poky and claustrophobic. Carpets and fixtures really badly maintained. Ripped carpets. Sticky floors. Tried to upgrade to suites. Slightly larger but all the same issues. Left swiftly and went to the Four Seasons a couple of minutes away. Less than an hour spent at Kempinski. Avoid unless you’re content with paying five star prices for a three star experience."
