The location is great as its near the airport,The staff seemed friendly and happy to help.The hotel does seem old and it does show within the hotel decor and fittings.The room was clean.We had a set menu for evening dinner which was dissapointing for the price but we made do as we were tired and didnt want to go looking else where to eat.The hotel provided transport to the airport the following morning at a small cost which was handy.If you want a clean room for a day or 2 near the airport I would recommend this hotel but if your looking for luxury and more than a couple of nights I would look elsewhere.I would also eat outside the hotel if I was to ever to go back as I felt the food offered was not good value for the price.

Great hotel

Hotel was great, security not so much they didnt help me with my baggage or gift bags when they saw me coming. Overal hotel was great very modern great for families. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient. Located very well in Cairo Complex in the middle of Heliopolis. The reception was very helpful and friendly

Great staff

we had a great experience. It was their first week to be open, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially Karim and Amir, they went above and beyond to make our stay great. Rooms were very clean, location is ideal close to many places in heliopolis. We cannot say enough good things about the place and moreso the great staff.

Very good new Hotel apartment . We had a very nice 2 bedroom apartment with my family. Breakfast very nice and quiet . very nice playzone for my kids beside the Hotel. WE took Hotel Shuttle bus , it was very easy to reach the Hotel

Good sizes rooms, decent location and close to the airport. But that's all that is good about it. Poor b'fast food, not great at all. Service is terrible and for 3 days the staff couldn't arrange something as small as a dental kit. When the staff is informed about it, they just smile and don't do anything else about it. AC is freezing or off. Fit and finish of the rooms looks like there is still work left to do.

The hotel is well situated and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There are a couple of cafes downstairs with good food and coffee, as well as a clean supermarket. The pool area was under heavy construction, and they did nothing to separate the construction activities from the area occupied by hotel guests. There was dangerous debris around the pool and it didn't feel safe for the kids. In addition, no food or drinks were available poolside. In addition, the security guards at the front entrance pestered us for tips, which made us feel uncomfortable.
