This is an excellent hotel, with fantastic staff - without exception. Big thanks to Abdulrahim, my room cleaner, who not only did a great job of keeping my room immaculate, but managed to reunite me with something I’d left behind in my room before I had made it out of the front door after checking out. If you dont tip often, they forget your order and give you something totally different. Once was given a empty cheque only to tip the server for bringing coffee!

Awesome Stay

We had a great time the place was in a great location overlooking the Nile River. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Specially the bartenders at the main bar. Great guys we enjoyed our stay.
