"Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber, bis auf den Mülleimer. Bett, Möbel, Vorhänge und das Bad waren neu und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war nur kurz und freundlich. Wenn man von der Straße der Ausschilderung folgt und am falschen Ende der Hotelanlage ankommt, dann möchte man am liebsten wieder umkehren, da ist leider nicht einladend aussieht. Es fehlt eine eindeutig gute Ausschilderung. Ich hatte kein Frühstück, bewerte dies also auch nicht. "

"Die „Villa“ liegt auf dem Grundstück des Konsum Hotels. Man ist gezwungen je Nacht 18€ Parkgebühren zu entrichten, da es in Oberhof Folklore ist jedes Grundstück abzusperren. Freie Parkplätze gibt es daher nicht. Das Zimmer war ok. In der 2. Nacht war allerdings kein Strom da. Ab 20 Uhr gibt es kein Personal mehr auf der Anlage. Also musste der Schein des Fernsehers reichen. Der ging noch. "

"Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück im Hotel gebucht. Die Zimmer in sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Freizeitangebote (Tischtennis,

, etc. ) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Großteils okay. Leider lässt der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wegen eines Fehlers wurde uns der Hund doppelt berechnet. Um dies zu korrigieren mussten wir 6! mal die Rezeption aufsuchen. Ein (bei 5. mal) statt einer Rückzahlung angebotenes Abendessen hätten wir...
