We never actually got to stay at Koegele because when we arrived to check in we were told they had overbooked. The man at the desk made a phone call and got us into a hotel that was very close by. He told me he would pay for the hotel because I had already made a payment by card for Koegele. The hotel he sent us to was nice and we enjoyed the stay. However, when we went to check out the next day I had to pay 102 Euro because the woman who checked us out was not aware of this arrangement. I paid...

I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel in Zirl, on the bus route if required. The bedrooms althought snug were very comfortable and ensuite etc. The decour is very traditional with carved wood and lead light windows etc, a theme carried through the hotel. The staff were very accommodating with some speaking better English than others, however if you attempted to speak the language the assistance cannot be faulted. The reataurant would be one of the best I have eated in in Europe,...

Beautiful everything

Fantastic

This is a charming hotel within walking distance to Old Town. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. Nadine was particularly helpful with information about services available prior to our arrival.

Clean, spacious and friendly staff

Fantastic stay, walking distance to old town, great room size, fresh air, gorgeous gardens & bikes for guests.

Amazing staff and location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Location, staff, cleanliness, and customer Service. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, good breakfast, adequate space in single room. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly helpful staff.

Great staff

Fantastic breakfast and fantastic location!

the hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, although a bit too far to walk to the city centre there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, the hotel is located near an airport which is nice to see the light planes, the windows are well insulated so noise is not a problem.I would gladly return here again.

Outstanding! Excellent location and wonderful spa experience. I’m always wary of indoor pools as I hate chlorine smell, but the pool here is magnesium and was lovely! Beds were the comfiest we have experienced in a long time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much
