"Very nice property "

"This was an excellent hotel , we had a family room , which consisted of a separate single bed and a king bed in the very large lounge area , and 2 separate bathrooms , the balconies looked out onto both the lake and sideways at the hills , the only thing it didn’t have was air conditioning, but they did provide fans in both rooms , it was over 30 degrees for our visit , so not sure if that’s normal , we used the restaurant for one evening meal and the food was lovely , and one member of staff went above and beyond , explaining in English what things were , not sure if her name . The receptionist that greeted us was also fantastic, even lent us an adapter as I did not realise Switzerland had a different plug adapter to the uk , the lake area had lots of sunloungers , a bar and you could swim in the lake from some steps ,would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone "

"Fantastic stay, in a beautiful location with easy transport links. Room was perfect with an amazing lake view. Lovely food and service in the bar area, but had some issues with dining room in main restaurant, this was addressed effectively at reception. Overall a fantastic stay."

"Such a beautiful hotel. Seems newly resonated. Great location. Walkable from the boat stop. Shocked they are a 3 star hotel. Would consider to be a 4 star easily. The pool was amazing with easy access to the lake. Would definitely make a trip back and stay again. "

"We were originally booked in Lucerne, but after a less-than-ideal hotel experience, we made a last-minute switch to Villa Honegg—and it did not disappoint. Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious. Amenities: 5 stars. Food: 5 stars (dinner and breakfast were both exceptional). Staff: 5 stars. And yes—there’s a distinct cow scent drifting off the veranda (welcome to the Swiss Alps!), but you quickly get used to it. Overall, a truly memorable stay and one we’d return to in a heartbeat."

"A great hotel for the money. Very helpful staff who are there for you. For food, breakfast buffet is very tasty with lots of options. The restaurant makes fantastic meals for dinner (make a reservation an hour or two before; Shout out to Julien who took very good care of us) There’s also the outside bar and food across the street with top quality smash burgers, pizza, Mediterranean food, and fantastic drinks. A local hang out. Then there’s the view. You’re right across the street from Lake Lucerne and have an amazing view of Pilatus mountain and Lucerne. When the clouds clear you can see the Alps, too. Worth the price. Transportation is easy as there’s a bus stop for the hotel that takes you right to city center. Only caveat: no air conditioning, but the other amenities far outweigh that. We’ll be back."

"This was an absolutely amazing experience, a balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne. The staff was very accommodating and Marcel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even helping to correct a train/rail station error I was about to make prior to arrival. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and far exceeded any other previous lodging offerings I have ever had in Europe. Spa facilities, luggage storage and many other included perks help to make this the only choice in Brunnen with a short trip to Stoos in reach. Stay here, make memories and you will look forward to staying here again as soon as possible. "
