Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This is the worst host I have ever rented from. They do not answer emails. I complained with VRBO and they contacted the host. Then when the host contacted me, he stated that he doesn't feel the need to communicate until the day before your stay. I was traveling with a family of 8. Had elderly relatives all the way down to babies. He was rude and never apologized. As we result we skipped our stay. Check out casa myerfer. They are absolutely the best in communication.
