Apartments in Oath Station

"Nice property and clean amenities "

"Very convenient location."

"Good place !"

"Very close to stores, money exchange, train station, park, restaurants, chinatown. Clean, safe, quiet apartment building. Polite and helpful staff."

"Excelente todo "

"The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. The area is great with lots of coffee shops within a few blocks (Dunno a few blocks away was my favorite). High shower pressure. Unfortunately, I had consistent intermittent internet outages throughout my stay and Fliphaus did nothing to resolve them and ignored emails while being unhelpful in response to Whatsapps. Given that internet is a promised amenity,...

"This is the 4th time we rent this property and every single time everything was perfect. Looking forward to renting an apartment again soon !"

"Great place to stay, a lot of stores with in walking distance."

"Location, neatness, shops nearby"

"The room was quite dirty and the bed had a lot of hair on it so we had to clean our beds before sleeping. The walls also need to be washed and there was no toilet brush. The building itself is fine but the furniture on the rooftop is starting to break and need replacing. The communication from the host is excellent."

"Family friendly- walkable to River plate stadium "

"Great place to stay, walkable neighborhood with lots of places to eat. Norma was super helpful with our check in!"

"Good place"

"I had a fantastic stay at Fliphaus Ravignani. This was my 3rd time in Buenos Aires and I chose this rental for its location and I was very happy. It's located close to dozens of excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Buenos Aires."

"It worked great for us "

"The place was a great deal for what we got. The location is perfect. The apartment is nice, comfortable and very clean. It looks nicer in the pictures but it’s still good. The negative part is the old lady who lived next door who acts like a human security camera and is not only paying attention to everything you do and watches you all the time (even from her balcony when you get to the property), but also makes very uncomfortable comments. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything she...
