This beautiful ground level flat on the edge of Elmwood and Rockridge is the perfect base for your visit. The spacious home is filled with light and has two bedrooms, a large living-dining room, top-of-the-line appliances and a bathroom. Beautiful bathroom and unique tile work. A secure private entrance leads to a garden with a fire pit and cozy chairs. Built in 1919 and remodeled in 2021, this fully-restored Berkeley-style house is filled with character and life. Getting Around:
The Rockridge BART station, only a 10-minute walk away, connects you to the heart of San Francisco within 20 minutes. If you're headed towards campus, there's a bus stop right across the street that makes it a couple-minute ride away! Hop on a Ford GOBike at the station just half a block from our home - an affordable and eco-friendly way to explore the area on a one-way trip or day-long adventure. E-scooters are also readily available nearby for a fun, quick jaunt without breaking a sweat.

Wonderful location and a bright, welcoming home

Just an outstanding neighborhood with access to so many shops, strolls, and eating spots. Dustin was super communicative and the home was just what we expected from the listing. Would definitely stay here again.
