That rare home......ideal for a singles or couples with visiting kids or occasional visitors. Located on a special cul-de-sac near everything, this home is special, offering ease of living, views and location. Living/dining room open to deck on which to spend the day. Remodeled eat-in kitchen and ½ bath. Romantic primary suite, designed by Jarvis Architects, with incredible panoramic views! Bath with shower and tub. Laundry on this level. Double pane doors and windows on top 2 floors. Two floors down are two bedrooms, one is perfect as office, another as guest bedroom + bath. Access from this level to side stairs. Lower level offers heated “art studio” or exercise room. Garden/workshop area. Small private garden area with deck for dining, sitting with your dog, or meditating. Garage with interior entry. Near Claremont Club, Berkeley Tennis, Peet’s Coffee, hiking trails and public transportation. Needs some work but worth it!
