"We have stayed at Luskin many times for clinical trial and cancer treatment at UCLA. Staff is always exceptional in their support, customer service and accommodation requests. Always feel like every member of the team truly wants you to have the best experience possible. Rooms and entire property are so very spacious and incredibly clean. Being able to open a window in the room is a wonderful feature. Staff has always accommodated with a mini fridge request, as I travel with medication requiring cooling (otherwise, doesn’t appear that fridge comes standard in the room). Very comfortable beds. Great restaurant on property. Convenient in-out self-parking accessible by the elevator (separate fee but that is Los Angeles:) Great, walkable location in Westwood village and on the grounds of the UCLA campus. "So. Clean. Like, actually clean. Linens were crisp and fresh. room didn't have any funky smell, no weird stains or stray hairs.... honestly it was so refreshing!, Rooms are upgraded. Minimal amenities, beds are not fancy but they get the job done. The entire property feels safe. I have paid double for stays not nearly as nice. Staff was kind, helpful and prompt. Air conditioner worked , parking is easy."

"The check in staff are excellent. But, the cleaning staff need a refresher course on how to actually clean a room. Dirty glasses are left behind that I'm supposed to reuse? Dirty towels and floor mats are not replaced with clean. I'm supposed to reuse a dirty towel? At the price that I am paying per day, i expect clean towels and glasses. Not only that, the ice bucket full of water still remained. One would think that if the ice melts, it could be cleaned out."
