3 Bedrooms/ 2 Baths: 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk bed (Single over Double Bunk) and extra twin bed. Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms (Roku/Netflix/YouTube), DVD player, high-speed internet. Well stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals.
Private, second-floor master suite with ocean view deck and skylight in bath. Two spacious bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. Large front porch and a furnished screened porch to watch sunsets. Brand new rails on deck. Brand new steps with rails leading to the entryway. Protected under-house parking. Large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, ceiling fans, wood floors in living areas and bedrooms. Highchair, port-a-crib, games, and books.
Enjoy this two-level home with easy access to water fun in just a short walk to both the direct beach access (600 ft.) and the canal boat/kayak launch (1 block). This home is perfect for family or friends to relax after long days of shell-hunting, beach volleyball, kayaking, and fishing. Whether fun in the sun or sight-seeing around the island, at day's end you can lounge on the screened porch or open deck where ocean breezes blow.

Blue Dolphin Needs TLC
We chose this place for the excellent location and convenient access to the beach. As for the house - it is in need of a thorough cleaning, minor repairs and updates (1 star). Delores (host) was very responsive in dealing with all of our daily concerns. We had a nice time at the beach, Oak Island and Southport. The Blue Dolphin has plenty of potential, but we probably won’t be back until the inside challenges are addressed.

Absolutely fantastic
Our stay was wonderful. The house was super comfortable and cool. It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 children) and still had extra room. Perfect location to walk to the beach. We will absolutely be staying here again. This has been our favorite spot out of all the years we’ve been coming.

House was great! I will say there are a few loose steps going up the stairs and door to the laundry area will not open or shut easily and needs repaired. Other than that it was great. I would definitely stay again. Location is a short walk to the beach and well worth the short walk to be that close without having to deal with the high traffic being on the main road.

Great location
The house is in a great location. It was not very clean, and many things are in need of repair. The stairs going down are very dangerous as they are not completely fastened down and wobble. I fell and twisted my ankle. Those should be repaired right away.

Great Beach house stay
This beach house was an amazing find! My family had been coming to oak island for 40+ years and we have grown so much that we were spilling out of our own beach house so we got lucky with finding this location so close to the beach! The beach house had plenty of space for the 4 of us that had been there and we loved the views from the upper deck!
